Logistics and loading
Loading ports
Ghazaouet, Oran, Arzew, Bethioua, Mostaganem, Ténès, Algiers, Dellys, Béjaïa, Djen Djen (Jijel), Skikda and Annaba. Port selection depends on cargo, terminal capability and available sailings. Inland loading and container stuffing can be arranged with the producer.

FOB, CFR and CIF. Ex-works collection is available for buyers with their own forwarder.
Packing
Bulk, big bags, baled or palletised depending on the material. Packing is confirmed in writing before the contract is signed.
Lead time
Typically 15 to 45 days from confirmed order, depending on grade, quantity and destination.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
One 40-foot container, roughly 20 to 25 metric tonnes, for containerised grades. Bulk vessel quantities are quoted separately.
Which Incoterms do you trade on?
FOB, CFR and CIF through Algeria’s commercial port network. The loading port is agreed according to cargo and available shipping services. Ex-works is possible where the buyer nominates a forwarder.
Do you supply third-party inspection?
Yes. SGS or an equivalent inspector can be appointed at loading at the buyer's request, with the report issued before shipment.
What documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and the analysis or phytosanitary certificate the material requires.
How are samples handled?
Pre-shipment samples are couriered on request, against the buyer's account, before the contract is signed.
